1. Go to https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/printers/desktop/gc420t.html#downloadlistitem_9aa,html#downloadlistitem_9aa,

2. Download and install “Zebra Setup Utilities for Windows”
   Windows”

3. Connect Zebra printer to computer

4. Go to Control Panel -> Devices and Printers

5. Look for device that starts with "F"F" under Unspecified.  Right click and select Properties

6. Change the Port to COM4 and add driver for Zebra ZDesigner GC420t

(7)

7. Click OK
