How to reset your printer port
Here’s how to reset the port setting and resume printing on the DaVinci printer:
Procedure
- Go to Control Panel
- If Control Panel is set to View By Category change Category to Small Icons

Click Devices and Printers - Right click DaVinci – HP LaserJet 600 and click Printer properties
- Click the Ports tab
- Click Add Port…
- Click Standard TCP/IP Port and click New Port…
- Click Next
- In the Printer Name or IP Address field type

- Click Finish
These steps apply to any printer on the EPM network. Check the IP Address spreadsheet for IP Addresses of other printers.
