Reset Printer Port

Here’s how to reset the port setting and resume printing on the DaVinci printer:

Go to Control Panel
If Control Panel is set to View By Category change Category to Small Icons
Click Devices and Printers
Right click “DaVinci – HP LaserJet 600” and click “Printer properties”
Click the Ports tab
Click “Add Port….”
Click “Standard TCP/IP Port” and click “New Port…”
Click Next
In the “Printer Name or IP Address” field type   169.237.157.172
Click Next
Click Finish

 

These steps apply to any printer on the EPM network. Check the IP Address spreadsheet for IP Addresses of other printers.
