Add New Printer

1. Go to Control Panel
   If
2. In the top right, if Control Panel is set to View By Category change Category to Small Icons
   

   

3. Click Devices and Printers
   
4. Click Add Printer
   
5. Click “The printer I want to add isn’t listed”
   listed
6. Click addAdd printer by TCP/IP
   
7. Enter the printerprinter's IP address.address
   and click Next.  

After a few seconds the printer should be detected and the printer make and model will be set as the printer name.  During the process of adding the printer you may receive a prompt asking if you want to share the printer. If so select “Do not share this printer”printer”. 

Follow the rest of the prompts until the Finish button appears.
